Tools for managing your team: who has access, what they can do, and what they can see.

Section titled “User management features”- Users: Invite team members and manage sessions
- Roles & Permissions: Control what each user can see and edit
- Dashboard Groups: Segment dashboards by department or client
User hierarchy
Section titled “User hierarchy”Resplendent Data uses role-based access control:
| Role | Level | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Admin | High | Full access to data settings, billing, and company administration |
| Staff | Medium | Can manage users, dashboards, data sources, and operational setup |
| Member | Standard | View and interact with assigned dashboards (read-only by default) |
External viewers should use ShareLinks. ShareLinks are not a user role and do not require creating a user account.
Dashboard Groups
Section titled “Dashboard Groups”Dashboard Groups control visibility. Instead of assigning dashboards to users individually, you create a group (e.g., “Customer Success”), add dashboards to it, then add users.

- Client isolation: If you’re a reseller, ensure Client A never sees Client B’s dashboards
