Create an Account

Signing up is free and takes a couple of minutes.

Data region

Section titled “Data region”

On the sign-in and sign-up pages, choose United States or European Union as your data region. This is where your Company’s account lives. After you sign in successfully, Resplendent remembers your choice for future visits.

Invitation and verification links stay in their original region. Follow the link you received rather than switching regions during setup.

Step 1: Sign up

  1. Go to app.resplendentdata.com/signup
  2. Enter your full name
  3. Enter your work email address
  4. Create a password
  5. Click Create Account

Step 2: Verify your email

  1. Check your inbox for an email from Resplendent Data
  2. Click the verification link
  3. You’ll be redirected back to finish setup

Step 3: Set up your company

After you verify your email and sign in, the app checks whether your verified email domain or Microsoft organization matches an existing Company.

If a match is found

You’ll see a list of existing companies that share your business email domain. You have two options:

  • Request Access — Select the company you belong to and send a request. An admin must approve it before you can log in. You can check back later or create a separate company while you wait.
  • Create a separate Company — If you intentionally share a domain but need your own workspace, fill out the company name form and create a new company.

If no match is found

You’ll go straight to the company name form. Enter your company name and click Create Company.

Step 4: Get oriented

Once you’re in, here’s where things live:

Sidebar Navigate to Dashboards, Settings, and other features
Dashboards Where you view and organize your visualizations
Settings Manage integrations, datasets, users, and company settings
User Menu (top right) Profile settings, sign out

Subscription tiers

Resplendent Data has five tiers:

  • Free Forever — 1 user, 1 integration, basic features. Good for testing.
  • Starter — Up to 5 users, 15-minute refresh. Good for small teams.
  • Professional — Up to 15 users, real-time refresh, advanced sharing.
  • Business — Up to 30 users, audit logs, on-premise sync agents.
  • Starship (Enterprise) — Unlimited everything, custom themes, dedicated support.
