Dashboards Overview
Dashboards are where you organize widgets to visualize your business data.
What is a dashboard?
Section titled “What is a dashboard?”A dashboard is a collection of widgets arranged on a responsive grid. Each widget displays data from your connected sources—cloud integrations, databases, or local agents—as charts, tables, or KPIs.
Dashboard privacy and sharing
Section titled “Dashboard privacy and sharing”Dashboards can be configured for different audiences:
- Private: Only visible to the creator
- Team Access: Accessible to users in specific Dashboard Groups (e.g., “Finance Team”)
- Public Links: Shared via a secure URL with optional password protection

Dashboard limits by tier

UI refresh rate controls how often dashboards poll for updated data while a dashboard is active. Data source sync frequency (how often we pull from your integrations) is configured separately in Data Sources.
A dashboard stays active while someone has it open in a visible browser tab. After three days without a view, background widget updates pause. Saved results remain on screen, and updates resume when someone opens the dashboard again or visits a Share Link.
