Dashboard Folders

As your dashboard collection grows, folders help you stay organized.

  1. Go to Dashboards in the sidebar
  2. Click the folder icon or + New Folder
  3. Enter a name
  4. Click Create

The folder appears in your navigation.

Folders appear in the sidebar under Dashboards:

  1. Click the menu on the folder
  2. Select Rename
  3. Enter the new name
  4. Click Save
  1. Click the menu
  2. Select Delete
  3. Confirm
  1. Click the menu on a dashboard
  2. Select Move to Folder
  3. Choose destination
  4. Click Move
  1. Select dashboards using checkboxes
  2. Click Bulk Actions → Move to Folder
  3. Choose destination
  4. Click Move
  1. Open the dashboard
  2. Click the Edit (pencil) icon
  3. Select a Folder from the dropdown in the settings panel
  4. Changes save automatically

  • Finance
  • Human Resources
  • Client A
  • Client B
  • Internal
  • Executive
  • Operational
  • Archived
  • Templates
  • Current Quarter
  • Historical
  • Annual Reviews
  • Click a folder in the sidebar to view its dashboards
  • Use breadcrumb navigation to move up levels
  • Dashboard count appears next to each folder name

Use Global Search to find dashboards by name or description. Results include the dashboard title and creator. Click any result to open the dashboard directly.

Folders respect dashboard group permissions:

  • Users only see dashboards they have access to
  • Empty folders (no accessible dashboards) are hidden
  • Folder visibility is dynamic based on user permissions
