-
Upgrade your tier: Get instant access to higher limits
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Manage Subscription to access the Stripe portal
- Select a higher tier
-
Clean up unused resources:
- Delete old dashboards you no longer need
- Remove unused datasets
- Archive inactive users
-
Optimize current usage:
- Consolidate similar dashboards
- Use modified datasets to reduce raw dataset count
- Share dashboards instead of duplicating them
Soft vs hard limits
Section titled “Soft vs hard limits”Some limits are soft limits - you’ll get warnings but functionality won’t immediately stop. Others are hard limits - you can’t exceed them without upgrading.
AI capacity
Section titled “AI capacity”AI capacity has two parts:
- Weekly AI Credit Allowance is the recurring amount included with the subscription tier, plus any active AI Add-On. It resets weekly and unused allowance does not roll over.
- One-Off AI Credits are purchased separately for overflow. They roll over across weekly periods until their AI Credit Expiration, one year after purchase.
The Settings → AI Assistant → Billing & Credits page separates these values in AI Credit Availability so admins can see the weekly allowance, usable One-Off AI Credits, Reserved One-Off AI Credits, and any Credit Expiration Warning.
Tier comparison
Section titled “Tier comparison”For a complete comparison of what’s included in each tier, see Subscription tiers.
