Manage Soundboard

The soundboard lets you upload and manage custom audio files for notifications and alerts. You can replace default notification tones or create unique audio alerts for specific actions.

The soundboard is a collection of audio files that can be triggered by various events in the application. Upload your own sounds to customize how notifications sound.

  • Custom notifications: replace default alert sounds with branded audio
  • Team alerts: different sounds for different notification types
  • Celebration sounds: audio feedback for completed actions
  • Accessibility: distinctive sounds to help users with visual impairments

  1. Click Additional Settings in the main sidebar
  2. Select Manage Soundboard
  • WAV
  • Maximum file size: 5MB per sound
  • Maximum sounds: 10 per account

After uploading sounds, you can assign them to specific notification types:

Sounds can also trigger when widget threshold conditions are met:

Each threshold condition can have its own sound. Configure global sound behavior (mute, snooze) in the threshold editor’s settings menu.
