White-Label Environments
Some Resplendent Data accounts run as a white-label deployment. This means the product is branded for a partner, and billing is handled through that partner rather than through Resplendent self-serve checkout.
If your account is on a white-label deployment, you will notice a few differences in how subscriptions and limits work.
Subscription management
Section titled “Subscription management”White-label deployments do not show the Billing Center under Settings. The Billing Center is removed from the sidebar, and navigating to it directly redirects to the access-denied page. This prevents users from accidentally entering Resplendent’s self-serve billing flow when the partner manages billing separately.
To change your plan or review billing details, contact your partner’s account manager.
Tier limits and upgrade prompts
Section titled “Tier limits and upgrade prompts”Tier limits still apply in white-label deployments. When you approach or reach a limit, you will see the same usage bars and warnings as on a Resplendent-branded account.
The difference is in the upgrade prompt. Instead of messaging that points you to the Billing Center, the prompt shows your partner’s configured upgrade message. The default message is:
Contact your AM for details to upgrade to Visual Insights Pro.
Partners can customize this message at the deployment level. It applies to all users regardless of role.
Feature gates
Section titled “Feature gates”Features that require a higher tier, such as Dashboard Groups or Audit Log, also show the partner upgrade message when gated. The message replaces the normal Resplendent upgrade copy but does not change which features are available at each tier.
How to tell if you are on a white-label deployment
Section titled “How to tell if you are on a white-label deployment”If you do not see the Billing Center under Settings, and your upgrade prompts reference a partner rather than Resplendent billing, you are on a white-label deployment. The partner’s name may also appear in the product header or browser tab title.
