Managing your subscription

View your current tier, change plans, or update billing:

Go to Settings in the sidebar
Select Subscription
From here you can:
- Compare usage against tier limits
- Upgrade to unlock more resources
- Access the Stripe Billing Portal for payment management
- Manage AI capacity for Paid Companies

Free Forever Companies can choose any self-serve paid plan from this page. If the Company does not have a Stripe billing profile yet, starting checkout creates it and asks for payment details.

During a trial, selecting a paid plan asks for a card when no payment method is saved. The selected tier becomes active immediately, the remaining trial stays in place, and paid billing begins when the trial ends.

To send an admin directly to a self-serve plan, append one of these values to the Subscription URL:

The matching plan is highlighted with its upgrade action after the admin signs in.

AI capacity

The plan table shows the included Weekly AI Credit Allowance. That allowance resets weekly and does not roll over.

Paid Companies can add capacity without changing the whole subscription tier:

An AI Add-On increases the Weekly AI Credit Allowance in 1,000-credit increments. Customers see one recurring add-on for added weekly capacity, while monthly billing uses four weeks of the selected weekly increase.
One-Off AI Credits are manually purchased overflow credits. They roll over across weekly periods, expire one year after purchase, and are consumed after the Weekly AI Credit Allowance is exhausted.

Credits from either purchase type become available only after payment or subscription confirmation. For One-Off AI Credits, the app reconciles the paid Checkout Session on return as well as through the Stripe webhook, so a delayed or missed webhook does not leave a paid purchase unapplied.
